I'm Monica — the founder of Comfortable Quarters Home Staging here in Charlotte. My love for interior styling started early (a Barbie townhouse for Christmas at age eight) and stayed with me through years in corporate America. When the pandemic gave so many of us time to look at our own four walls with new eyes, I realized the work I cared about most was right there — in how a room feels when you walk into it, in the quiet way a well-styled space changes how you live, and in the louder way it can change how a stranger falls in love with a home you're trying to sell.

That's the work I do now. We specialize in occupied home staging — real homes, real people, real life — restyled with a buyer's eye into the version that wins offers. No rental furniture. No moving the seller out. We work with what's already there and make it shine.

We call it the "8-Step Feel Home" approach, because that's what we engineer, room by room — the feeling that turns a showing into an offer, and a house into "the one".
